Refund Policy

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.*
  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • To request an RMA email service@q-deal.net
  • All RMA requests must be accompanied with proof of purchase
  • Refunds on electronic materials is not permitted on the basis of wrong selection or wrong purpose.
  • Refunds on electronic materials is only permitted following acceptance after phone interview
  • Any Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds on hard copy material that is sent are not processed until the materials are received at the point of dispatch and deemed to be in good and resaleable quality.
