Delivery Costs

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly grant you a store credit of electronic items on presentation of the original receipt. We will also refund physical products less any freight or local customs fees and a 10% handling fee; once the products are received and deemed to be in good order.
